把去香港使馆取签证时办公人员发给的简章贴上，希望对将要去香港取签证的朋友对取证过程心里有个数。

Your ticket number will be called again when the visa is ready for relase
当签证可以派发的时候，你的票号号码将出现于显示屏上。

Your passport and the completed Confirmation of Permanent Residence(CPR)form will be returned with another information sheet.  Please read it carefully before you leave the Consulate. All other enquiries must be submitted in writing.
你的护照，已填上资料的Confirmation of Permanent Residence(CPR)表格及其相关的资料将会派发给你，离开领事馆前请详细阅读有关资料，所以其他查询，请以书面提出。

Please note the following:
1、The visa will be affixed to your passport.  Please check the name, passport number and the visa expiry date in the day/month/year format.
签证将会贴于你的护照上，请核对清楚姓名，护照号码及签证有效日期（日/月/年）

2、Passport & CPR must be presented together to the Officer when you are landing in Canada.
当阁下抵达加拿大报到时必须把护照及CPR呈递给有关官员

3、You are required to check the applicant’s name ONLY on the CPR.  No need to check other items.
阁下只需核对清楚CPR表格上申请人之姓名。其他项目不用理会。

4、DO NOT sign your name on the CPR before landing.  Instruction will be given by the Officer when you arrive in Canada.
移民报到前切勿在CPR表格上签名，当阁下到达加拿大时官员会给予指示。

5、The surname of an accompanying dependent child will not be printed on the principal applicant’s CPR.
随同父母移民的小孩之姓氏将不会出现于主要申请人的CPR表格之上。

6、If no photo is affixed to the CPR, it means that the photos you submitted did not meet requirements.  You must obtain new photos and bring them with you when you go to Canada for landing.
如CPR上没有贴上申请人之相片，即表示申请人递交之相片未能达到所需之要求。移民加拿大报到时，申请人必须带同符合要求之相片

7、DO NOT affix the photo to the CPR yourself.
切勿自行将相片贴在CPR表格上

8、All school-aged children require an Immunization Form.  This form must be signed and stamped by a licensed physician.
小童报读加拿大学校时需要一份防疫注射记录，该防疫注射记录需由专业注册医务人士签署及盖章。

9、Individual applicants may receive a medical surveillance form with instructions and the applicant needs to present the form when landing.
个别申请人可能会收到一份“medical surveillance form”及指示，移民加拿大报到时，申请人必须带同此文件。

10、The validity of the visa cannot be extended.
签证有效日期不能更改或延期。
