一、 简介 AACA全称为the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia, Inc. 是DIMIA(澳洲移民局,又称澳大利亚多元文化事业部)指定的技术移民(Skilled Migration)评估机构。 AACA所评估的职业列表可以在DIMIA发行的1112i表(Skilled Occupation List)中查到: 2121-11 Architect 如果您的提名职业为Architect,那么您在向DIMIA递交移民申请前,必须通过AACA的Suitable评估,无论您的移民签证申请类别属于136,138,还是139类。
二、 申请资料 如果您满足以下条件,方可向AACA递交评估申请: 1、 居住在澳洲以外的国家(非澳洲永久居民或公民),并 2、 打算技术移民澳洲, 并 3、 拥有5年制的海外建筑类学位。
申请资料包括: a) 申请费用(详见三); b) 完整的申请表; http://www.aaca.org.au/1179.pdf c) 学历/学位公证,为间接公证; d) 成绩单公证,为简介公证(须为中英文对照); e) 学校密封件(学历/学位/成绩单,皆为中英文对照),建议提供; f) 简历; g) 推荐信。
注意:所有申请资料内容为非英语,必需附上官方认可的翻译(公证) 请不要把证书元件递交给AACA,因为AACA不退还申请者的任何申请资料
三、 申请费 申请费用必须通过Money order, Bank Cheque, Bank Draft支付给VETASSESS ,您可以带好填好的申请表和相应的外币数量到中国银行或中信银行办理Bank Cheque,收款人为Architects Accreditation Council of Australia Inc,无须填写收款人地址和帐号等。 目前AACA的评估费用为AU$ 1050。

五、 常见问题 1) Architect 的移民职业分数为60分; 2) 递交申请时,请将所有资料copy备份; 3) 目前AACA的评估周期为2个月左右; 4) 如果您在递交申请后1个月没有任何消息,可以电话或email查询;
六、职业描述 Designs buildings or advises on the procurement of buildings, provides concepts, plans, specifications and detailed drawings, and negotiates with builders.
Skill Level: The entry requirement for this occupation is a bachelor degree or higher qualification and relevant experience in addition to the formal qualification. Registration is required.
Tasks Include: obtains advice from clients or management to determine type, style and size of buildings or alterations provides information regarding designs, materials and estimated building times prepares project documentation, including sketches and scale drawings, and integrates structural, mechanical and aesthetic elements in final designs writes specifications and contract documents for use by builders and calls tenders on behalf of clients consults with a range of engineers and experts in the fields of environmental design develops feasibility studies jointly with quantity surveyors and other workers inspects and oversees construction work to ensure compliance with specifications may specialise in the design of commercial, industrial, institutional, residential or recreational buildings or in conservation architecture may supervise and coordinate the work of architectural associates may use computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and documentation
