中国留学生自费留学面临的最大问题之一，是选择合适的学校和课程。在这个问题上，不能完全依靠中介，还要自己动手查询有关资料。
下面我们给出英国政府根据相关法律认可的、所有有资格授予学士学位的英国大学和高等教育学院的名称、地址、电话、传真和网址。
需要说明的是，这个名单中所列出的学院，又可以分为两类。
第一类，根据英国相关法规直接被政府认可的有资格授予学士学位的院校。
第二类，根据英国相关法规，由被政府认可的有资格授予学士学位的大学授权授予学士学位的合作院校。
同时提醒学生：如果一个英国的教育机构不具备授予学士学位的资格，那么毫无疑问，它根本不可能具备资格开设研究生课程。
