Here are the suggested procedures:

*On June 16th you will email Kylie a list of applicants who have

completed studies but do not have the completed transcript.

*the International Office will issue a firm offer letter for the
applicants on this list.

*The applicants must accept and pay in order for the ECoE to be issued.

*Once final transcripts arrive,you will email the
correctly certified documents to [email protected]

*If any student fails to meet entry requirements based on this final
transcript the International Office will cancel the ECoE and withdraw
the offer.

*Upon arrival in Australia the students must present their original transcripts and Testamur to the International Office for checking (in accordance with our certification policy)"
