Version 106  Some people claim that it is their freedom to use tobacco while others think tobacco should be classified into illegal drugs. To what extent do you agree with using tobacco?

-------------Argumentation------34+98+91+61+39=323 words

Introduction(34words)
Since the discovery of tobacco related to a number of health problems, an increasing number of people have called for prohibiting smoking. However, to classify tobacco as an illegal drug is out of justification.

Body1(98words)
Let us start by talking about the soothing effects of smoking which have been confirmed by ordinary smokers; particularly those who have hard-brain-working jobs are in favor of it; they claim that smoking cigarettes can make them calm and stimulate brain cells to work more efficiently. In contrast, illegal drugs such as cocaine and heroin can extremely affect the nervous system hence to ruin a person's health very soon although far more exciting effects can be expected. For this reason, using tobacco may bring benefits to the needed in the long run, exempting tobacco from legal penalty.

Body2 (91words)
Now we turn to examine the related results brought by smoking and drug taking. It is undeniable that cigarettes play an important role in social activities. In China, the behavior of giving away a cigarette to a smoker is regarded as a kind of respect, and initial conversation can be easily commenced. Nevertheless, It is well known that human will get addicted to
taking drugs as a consequence of first attempt. Wealth is ruined and a painstaking period of medical treatment is needed. Different results should be treated legally in different ways .

Body3(61words)
Seemingly tobacco could be freely used without blames. Nonetheless, I totally oppose any manner of smoking in public because that would arise quarrels and conflicts owing to hatred on second-hand smoking from non-smokers, who believe that more or less second-hand smoking can do harm to their health. A person's human rights can never be imposed on others by violating their rights.

Conclusion(39words)
To conclude, the above examination of comparison and contrast between tobacco and illegal drugs cannot possibly justify tobacco being listed as illegal drugs, and I suggest more restricted smoking areas be planned so as not to violate non-smokers' rights.
