****** More aftershocks have rattled central California in the United States after a powerful earthquake measuring 6 and a half on the Richter scale hit the area. More than 80 aftershocks registering a magnitude of more than 3 followed the main quake with the biggest one estimated at 4.7. The primary quake is the US state's strongest earthquake in four years. Residents from San Francisco to Los Angeles were affected. California's Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger have toured the damaged area and declared a state of emergency.
